Objective:
You will be part of the CP Finance E2E Team.

Responsibilities:

•   Financial support on new product introduction.  Ensure the right assumption for all the business cases (Financial assumptions)

•   5YP support, ensuring the alignment between sales plan and pipeline

• Responsible of the R&D and Business Sustainability financial planning and Budget process: gathering and loading the information in the systems, tracking the evolution during the year, support the leaders providing adequate visibility of the figures, manage and allocate the challenges received, manage the R&O’s and latest outlook of the figures, etc. Prepare the necessary reports or presentations when needed.

•    Ensure alignment with Syngenta procedures and compliance policies.

•    Lead initiatives for Technology adoption

•    Maintain a fluid information flow between the R&D and BS functions and the LATAM Finance teams – Territory and Region – in any relevant topic that could be beneficial for each of the sides to meet their objectives.

Qualifications

Requirements:

•    Degree in Economics, Accounting or Business Administration;
•    Experience in Finance Areas (Controlling, Business Finance, FP&A, Accounting);
•    Experience in management and budgeting activities;
•    Knowledge of IFRS;
•    Knowledge of SAP;
•    SOX and Financial Compliance;
•    Advanced English (mandatory to conversation);
•    Ability to work with deadlines and time pressure;
•    Ability to pay attention to details, while understanding and driving the bigger strategic picture (holistic view of the business).
