HSE Engineer

• Ensure Syngenta activities are in compliance with local HSE regulation.
• Comply with Syngenta standard operating procedures and regulations.
• Provide PPE standard to ensure PPE consistence
• Ensure the waste treatment area safely and healthily with due care for all, so that compliance with Syngenta’ s HSE Policy is achieved
• Ensure waste management comply with local HSE regulation and Syngenta standard
• Verify and suggest/propose providing safe working condition/environment to employee as per local HSE legislation.
• Follow up HSE activities such as UAUC, working permit, training…
• Develop of HSE regulation and procedures to compliance with Vietnamese law and Syngenta standard.
• Provide HSE training plan and training materials for Bien Hoa site and co-ordinate with internal and external parties concerned to provide training to ensure of HSE awareness and understanding
• Co-ordinate with HSE Manager to carry out Internal audit, External audit and Regional audit
• Interact with other department to do Incident/ Accident investigation to ensure that likely root causes, Corrective and Preventive action (CA/PA) are verified, recorded and put into action. Monitor CA/PA action to ensure that an incident is not recurrence.
• Ensure HSE reports in compliance with both local legislation and Syngenta requirement
• Update and communicate the MSDS to involved parties and Employee, regular communicate the focus and experience of HSE.
• To lead Sub-HSE committee meeting.
• Co-ordinate with other section to improve working environment.

• Bachelor degree of Science or engineering with at least 3 years working experience in the same position.
