Electrical & Automation Engineer

• Ensure the HSEQ rules to be implemented in maintenance activities at site and 100% To ensure Compliance – HSE , Engineering (PM/PRA/SOPs), EMPS and statutory with respect to engineering in the site
• To support Spares management & sustenance projects with respect to total plant engineering.
• To participate Engineering standard program, support the implementation of  maintenance program, E&M documentation, training for technicians
• To participate project in term of electrical upgrade, documentation. To join the commissioning team.
• To contribute to the maintain and improve HSE and quality standard; to apply the HSEQ procedures / CoP into working process
• To support the PMR to implement at site as planned.
• Act as a key contact for new and existing automation systems for the whole site include LSS system.
• Contribute towards the design, installation and putting to work of new systems.
• Propose improvements for the operation of existing systems and provision of new installations.
• Provide breakdown support (including attendance outside of normal working hours)
• Contribute towards the execution of capital and revenue projects in the factory
• Ensure that work is carried out safely and in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Any other duties as and when required by the Engineering Manager

In detail:

• Ensure Technicians to be in compliance with All HSE aspects in all activities relating to works.
• Prioritize E&M requests from all sections and Department and conduct of customers’ feedback on E&M requests to ensure of customers satisfaction.
• Supervise with safe, efficient operation of all lines/own areas under direction of Manager, in accordance with company objective and plans.
• Attend and contribute to HSE Meetings.
• Record and report all accident, incident, environment, first at in workplace conduct the HSE rules and regulation for the newcomers.
• Spare parts stock: Make the list of spare parts/ purchasing plan.
• Machine history records: Log book for machine/ equipment.
• Supervise contractors: Make the schedule/ supervise/record.
• Document control: Shift hand-over record, Downtime record/ analysis, Weekly maintenance, Maintenance plan updated, Attendant list, Other Administration documents.
• Any other duties as and when required by the E&M Manager.

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Engineering project management and capability of managing multiple assignments
• Experience in Process risk assessment for engineering project. 
• Experienced time served technician with a minimum of 5 years continuous practical experience in maintenance of control/electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Knowledgeable in Engineering International Standard.
• Knowledge for Computerize Maintenance Management System.
• Knowledge of computer software systems and automation equipment and techniques plus an ability and desire to develop further knowledge in this area.
