Developing tomorrow’s leaders

The Supply Operations’ purpose is to operationalize end-to-end (E2E) supply chains across the Syngenta supply chain, including the sourcing, production, and distribution of goods to meet customer demands.  As a Supply Operations graduate you will enter this Supply Operation organization working initially in three different roles in three years before emerging into the Syngenta organization into your career of choice. The three roles typically experienced in this rotational graduate program are in Supply Chain Planning, European Logistics & Order Management, & in-country supply which is typically performed within the supply organization of an identified European country.


Qualifications

We recruit talented graduates with a higher education qualification, preferably masters, and with proven international working and/or studying experience in supply chain related industry.

We are looking for talents who:

·       Have recently graduated

·       Are mobile and ready to work anywhere within Europe, Africa, Middle East (EAME)

·       Proficient in English language skills

·       Proficiency in other European languages an advantage

·       Have good analytical and interpersonal skills

·       Have project management experience combined with high learning agility

·       Are proactive with a proven ability to work in diverse teams

·       Have relevant internships or (student) work experience

Our process includes:

·       A telephone interview to be held week commencing 20th February 2023

·       An Assessment Center which will be run as an on-line event Mid-March 2023 

·       Successful applicants are required to commence the program between August and September 2023.
