The role can be based in Switzerland, France, Hungary, Italy, Ukraine, Russian Federation, Spain, Netherlands, United Kingdom

Purpose:

  • Be a key driver to lift EAME to the next level of Commercial Excellence (for the assigned CE scope).
  • Continuously develop & shift the frontier of Commercial Excellence (for the assigned CE scope).
  • Enable EAME Innovation Powerhouse strategy with new capabilities.

Accountabilities:

  • Deep-dive into / run prioritized projects in selected BUs in collaboration with Commercial IT  and Global CE team (wherever relevant):
  1. Go-To-Market reviews
  2. Field Force Effectiveness
  3. New business models ( like E-Commerce B2C)
  • Shape EAME E-Commerce Strategy aligned to EAME Innovation Powerhouse.
  • Work jointly and seamlessly with the Global Commercial Excellence Team on aligned priorities.
  • Establish and proactively manage the interfaces with the BUs (tailored, depending on local BU design).
  • Be subject matter expert and further develop & shift the frontier of Commercial Excellence.
  • Assess BU capabilities & gaps in the GTM areas and support in developing those capabilities on a local level.
  • Transfer best practice between BUs and potentially outside of EAME via the Global CE team.
  • Become a valued business partner to the local BU Commercial Leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 year experience in commercial functions
  • Minimum 3 year experience in relevant Commercial Excellence area
  • Solid experience in working cross countries
  • Solid experience in stakeholder/influencer management
  • Minimum education and critical knowledge required for the job

Strong business acumen

  • Ability to understand and adapt to different markets and cultures
  • Strong communicator with ability to interact with BU Leadership Team
  • Diplomatic but strong results orientation
  • Good team player
  • Fluent in English
