Job description

Accountabilities 

  1. The technical & sales rep SPS-ME is responsible for support the design & implementation of the technical & sales portfolio strategy for PPM, Turf & landscape markets in MENAF countries.
  2. Develop compelling technical & sales positioning, deliver training & support launch activities to deliver & enhance Syngenta value proposition.
  3. Evaluate & enhance SPS product positioning & performance with customer to reflect as business development.
  4. Build strong & efficient, in market relationship and raise the profile of Syngenta with key industry personnel, particularly with influencer, end users, channel partner to ensure the experience of excellent level of technical & sales support.
  5. Improves and develops the current customer/ market database to support the business.
  6. Manage MENAF regulatory plan by coordination between SPS regulatory department, officials & customer to maintain growth through existing & new product introduction.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge & experiences:
  1. BSc degree in agriculture.
  2. Good level of knowledge of public health and agronomy of turf & landscape business.
  3. Thorough understanding of the technical characteristic and use of pest control products.
  4. Solid knowledge & network in PPM, Turf & landscape industries within ME.
  5. At least 5 years’ experience in relevant industries (Technical support, Sales, collaboration with PCOs, GCs, date palm Farmers).
  • Professional & personal capabilities:
  1. Credible, well known and well regarded within industry.
  2. Soft skills: Customer orientation, negotiation abilities, flexibility, self-motivated, organized, excellent communication and presentation abilities, appropriate appearance and vocabulary.
  3. Team player.
  4. Professional skills: availability for travel.
  5. Marketing and management knowledge.
  6. Languages: Arabic (native) and English.
