Role purpose
•    Overall coordination (BAD)  according to agreed project milestone plan for given indications.
•    To manage and lead new technology in a collaborative science research and commercial team and actively participate in support to Crop Protection Development trials.
•    Writing agreed number of Biological dossiers and coordinating all internal & external (CRO) activities (Protocols, notifications, audits & data management etc.)  required to deliver the Biological submission by Indication.
•    Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding digital trialing and / or technologic training and demonstration of all equipment.
•    Leading and training the others about the digital tools and platforms and being ammbasador of digitalisation in local function
•    Executing agreed number of trials and leading the trialing excellence with internal team & CRO

Accountabilities
•    Overall coordination of Biological Submission Plan according to local project milestones
•    Liaise closely with Product Biology Support and ensure datamining, analyse data and local guideline in preparation for agreed Biology submissions
•    Support the FS on BAD preparation with data, writing and check with technical knowledge
•    Controlling to Bio efficay reports and entry of application and assessment date on trial timeline and avoid overlapping issues with trial timeline list and amnaging of report delivery and bridging between Regulatory team
•    Provide data and information regarding application technology to CPD and Commercial teams
•    Support BA on farmers days and other grower initiatives around application quality
•    Assist BA with research and presentations on new application methods where needed
•    Support with digital Agriculture apps and the launch of Cropwise in Turkey
•    Frequently trial status report update from platforms for both IH/CRO & data management for ARM in 7 days average. Support on protocols, data & official communication with CRO’s.
•    Data quality analysis (Protocol, Assessment, data enterence period, standard deviation etc.)
•    Direct communication with Territorial data management and Technical Product Lead teams.
•    Provide training on all new equipment and assist in management of absolute and unused equipment
•    Proactive participation and evaluate application methods in protocols and trials as well as optimize application methods
•    Support on BİTS digital platforms such as trial allocation, update, budgeting and analyse.

Qualifications

Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Critical knowledge
•    Agronomist with strong technical background
•    Good understanding of technical and preferably also of regulatory aspects related to Efficacy 
•    Knowledge of the technical properties of Syngenta and competitor products and associated technologies
•    Good knowledge of Turkish guidelines and Biology Submission guidance associated with local regulations
•    Application methods and knowledge of equipment

•    Product development procedures

•    Good knowledge of products, diseases, pests, nematodes, weeds and crops.

•    Good knowledge of agricultural practices and crop protection 
Critical experience
•    5-10 years’ experience in the implementation, management and analysis of field bio-efficacy and residue trials
•    Experience in agricutural chemistry&biological based project management
•    Experience of industry data management and statistical tools (ARM, BITS, PowerBI, Spotfire)

Critical success factors & key challenges

Ability to collaborate across organizational and functional boundaries. This involves networking between Product Biology, European Product Regulator, Product Safety, Global functions and Regulatory teams in country.
Excellent project management skills- ability to plans, organize and monitors all activities associated with preparation of Biological Assessment Dossiers( BADs) and draft Registration Reports (dRRs) for the Biology Submission.
