Digital Platforms Customer Experience Manager

Please note: The preferred location for this position is Durham, NC.

To support this challenge, Syngenta’s Digital Platforms SPS North America team is currently seeking a Digital Platform Customer Experience Manager.

Accountabilities:

• Develop systems that actively listen and respond to customer inquiries about Digital Platforms products and services with accurate, insightful, and helpful information.
• Manage data of sales and support transactions with Salesforce and/or other CRM system.
• Work as a key resource connecting customers with solutions in our team.
• Report customer feedback and trends to Head, Digital Platforms.
• Design an exceptional experience for customers of Syngenta’s Digital Platforms from beginning to end.
• Integrate people and systems resources to support Digital Platforms sales and marketing teams in providing market-leading customer attraction and retention strategy.
• Manage the flow of customer leads, orders, sales and technical data between sales, supply, and technical support.
• Work with marketing to develop Syngenta Digital Platforms online persona.

Required:

• A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred for this role.
• A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing, customer service and/or sales experience.
• Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship support from Syngenta.

Preferred:

• Proficiency in operating different software applications to successfully demonstrate proper use over the phone and online.
• Ability to successfully engage with customers throughout their journey as Syngenta Digital Platforms customers through the use of inventive and contemporary methods.
