Accountabilities

  • Drive proper brand communication & key USPs across Business areas/ Country.
  • Design detailed campaigns (online & offline) including high-level content defined together with asset marketing and sales
  • Liaison with marketing services and external agencies in relation to content generation and execution
  • Derive strategy for digital marketing channels i.e., website, mobile application, social media channels.
  • Translate offers to customer (channel or grower) needs at multiple touchpoints.
  • Sequence campaign roll-out in logical way to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed in line with the marketing budget and plan set by the campaign team.
  • Support the marketing team, including the definition of new processes/ways of working and fostering mindset change.
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing channels including (but not limited to) traditional campaign activities as well as online marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

 


Qualifications

  • Strong Marketing experience, preferably in a challenging, cross-cultural environment; and with a network of agencies and contacts (external and internal)
  • Preferably experience in the agribusiness industry (but not mandatory)
  • Knowledge of digital content consumption patterns and upcoming offline campaign tools.
  • Good control of verbal and written communication – English & Urdu (any other regional language will be a plus).
  • Over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in project and stakeholder management.
  • Experience of leading a multi-talented team
