To support that challenge, the Syngenta team is currently seeking a Digital Brand & Social Media and Admin Coordinator for Seeds North America to provide partnership and support to the Talent Acquisition team. This is a full-time, Hybrid position based in Downers Grove, IL.  This Position requires up to 20% travel, while embracing the FOW (Future of Work).

You will help shape the future of agriculture by: 

  • Supporting the Academic Partnership Program with content management, communication, and reporting.
  • Providing Administrative support to the Academic Partnership Program.
  • Being proactive with a comprehensive understanding of social media and online community management and maintaining accountability for supporting all facets of Social Media Marketing, inclusive of content creation, social media job listing, paid ads and analytics.
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external partners to recommend and implement digital & social media strategies in support of Syngenta Seeds Talent Acquisition priorities.
  • Occasionally attending offsite events to execute social components and participate in the capture of content.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support of the Academic Partnership Program, New/Early Talent segment with content management, social media, social media cohort communities, communication resources and reporting
  • Invoice processing, tracking of expenses in relation to the Academic Partnerships Program
  • Support of the New/ Early Talent segment with coordination of events, event management, scheduling and other duties related to the Talent acquisition function
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Events, and Sponsorship Team members to help identify and promote new and different initiatives and projects as well as engage the Talent Acquisition team to optimize the Syngenta Seeds brand and uplift our Careers brand.
  • Support Content Strategy: Content ideation and creation support across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.  Schedule content and maintain Digital Asset Management programs.
  • Support Social Listening: Proactively monitoring the flow of social conversation for engagement opportunities and collecting data to facilitate audience analysis and competitive industry reporting.
  • Utilization of Google AdWords, Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor performance on Google Analytics and periodically prepare reports. Implement drip campaigns and automations to customize different customer journeys.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree required OR equivalent combination of training, education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital media or social media.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, (e.g., Excel, Word, Power Point, Word, and Outlook) required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Calendar management of multiple stakeholders or interviewers required.
  • Demonstrated experience in forward-thinking content creation for most of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (including editing/proofreading).
  • Experience of using an applicant tracking and CRM tools (ideally Smart Recruiters) preferred
  • Fluent English is a must; a second language is desirable.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without work authorization sponsorship
