Role profile DevOps Engineer (Pune)
- Experience in developing highly interactive web applications utilizing JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON, Angular and integrating Restful API’s, external web services ensuring high performance on Mobile and Desktop.
- Fundamental knowledge of AWS serverless Components like AWS API Gateway/Lambda/DynamoDB/S3/EC2
- Fundamental knowledge of NLP and the tools in AWS Lex
- Knowledge on the various cognitive services in AWS like Transcribe/Polly/Translate
- Knowledge on Microsoft Bot Framework work experience in developing bots using this framework in NodeJS
- Experience with relational databases and/or NoSQL databases (Redis, CosmosDB, Mongo, S3, etc)
- Experience RESTful API design and development
- Strong understanding of Node JS & NPM and modular application development skills building
- Good experience in container-based deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD concept and tools (e.g. Jenkins, Gitlab); and, Cloud infrastructure and container-based infrastructure (Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Experience in collaborating with other in a software development team and conforming to standard practices and code guidelines
- Experience in creating and deploying cloud-based web applications
- Experience in designing and implementing systems using emerging technology.
- Experience in agile software development or similar methodologies.
- Experience in developing cloud applications running on Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Service.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of development experience using one of JavaScript, JAVA, Python or C++.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building of API driven interface development.
- Ability to learn new and emerging technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, preferably specialization in Computer Science/IT/Electronics from premier Universities
