Responsibilities

• Develop R algorithms for automatic manipulation and updating of databases.
• Analyze datasets and support stakeholders in making decisions based on results.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and discover notable relationships.
• Analyze and produce KPI reports allowing to monitor field and laboratory activities.
• Work closely with IT & Cloud Team to ensure adequate technical staffing to maintain and develop applications.
• Control and adjust mobile applications working with external employees.
• Design and build databases on internal company servers (AWS)
• Interaction with the Global team to capture experience from another region
• Implementation of new tools

Essential for this position:

• Data Scientist with 2+ years of experience in building data applications.
• Profiles in Agronomic Engineering, Geneticists or Biologists who are studying a Postgraduate degree in the areas of Statistics or informatic.
• Advanced English.
• Management of Tools such as Power BI and R-Shiny.
• Adept at receiving and monitoring data from multiple data streams, including SQL and Excel data sources.
• Ability to synthesize quantitative information and interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
