We're seeking a dynamic Portfolio & Campaign Manager to lead our biostimulants segment in Poland into a new era of growth and impact.

As our Portfolio & Campaign Manager for Poland, you'll be at the forefront of agricultural innovation, steering our biostimulant portfolio to meet the evolving needs of modern Polish farmers.

This isn't just a job – it's an opportunity to make a lasting impact on food security and sustainable agriculture in Poland and beyond. You'll play a crucial role in transforming Polish farming practices, promoting environmentally friendly solutions, and boosting crop productivity across the country.

Location: Poland (remote/hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute strategies to position our biostimulants as essential solutions for Polish agriculture
  • Lead new product introductions in the Polish market, from concept to launch
  • Orchestrate marketing campaigns that resonate with Polish farmers and drive adoption of biological technologies
  • Evaluate and perform market analyses to gain key market insights; effectively optimize our portfolio and shape go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe marketing team as well as local teams in Poland (technical support, regulatory, sales)
  • Cooperate across Portfolio & Campaign team to boost biocontrol solutions in Poland
  • Own the pricing strategy for the biostimulants in Poland
  • Build compelling business cases for new biostimulants launches in the Polish market
  • Engage directly with Polish farmers, distributors, and industry leaders to stay connected to local market needs
  • Manage the product lifecycle and oversee branding strategy for the biostimulants
  • Provide mid-term market analysis and planning, including data input to planning systems
  • Ensure forecasting systems are up to date with the latest market insights
  • Conduct portfolio presentations during internal and external meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in agriculture, biology, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in agricultural marketing in Poland, preferably with exposure to biostimulants or crop protection products
  • Experience in forecasting, product development, or product management
  • Knowledge of plant physiology and biostimulant modes of action
  • Understanding of regulatory landscape for biostimulants
  • Experience in budget management
  • Strong communication skills: ability to explain complex biostimulant concepts to all stakeholders
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
