Job description

  • Maintenance customer master data
  • Key user for digital platform, apps and relevant satellite systems
  • Customer claims and related data according to existing policies and processes
  • Inbound & Outbound phone call flows in order to optimize ways of working and processes thanks to new ACD implemented
  • Support order to cash daily activities
  • Deploy and provide reports on relevant customer service activities

To support that challenge, we’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist based in the Milano Headquarter, to support the Customer Service Department in the following activities:


Qualifications

  • Dynamic and proactive
  • Good communication and relational skills
  • Pragmatic and organized approach towards working
  • Excellent Knowledge of the SAP system (appreciated) and main Office programs
  • Good knowledge of English
