You'll oversee global vegetable seed supply, develop production strategies, and manage risks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and implementing global sourcing strategies
- Leading crop release planning and variety promotions
- Managing new product introductions and M&A integrations
- Conducting data-driven production analysis
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring IP security and technology transfer

Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in agriculture / business required
- Functional knowledge of seed production operations preferred
- Experience in planning and agriculture production processes preferred
- Strong IT & project management skills and experience
- Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage
- Financial knowledge & data analytics
- Global mindset and experience working in a multi-cultural international environment
- Supply Chain experience in global seed movement preferred
- Independent and entrepreneurial mindset, ability to set a clear vision, End-to-End thinker and at each moment understand the impact of a decision on the ultimate customer satisfaction
