Customer Engagement Manager - UK, Ireland & Nordics

As the Customer Engagement Manager, you will provide leadership for the Customer Engagement Team to develop and execute on a customer engagement strategy (CES) that aligns to the overall Marketing Strategy.  This includes managing the Syngenta Partnership Plan (loyalty scheme) and CRM and data strategy to enable the usage of data analytics to drive commercial insights into our sales and marketing activities.  Fostering a centre of excellence in CRM by leveraging existing and new technology and making data-based decisions to deliver a meaningful customer experience.

You should have experience in similar commercial roles spanning sales and marketing.

You are likely to have a degree or other relevant educational experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team are essential.
