In General

We are looking for a driven Customer Complaint Coordinator to strengthen our team. Do you have experience or interest in Customer Complaint coordination and ready to be part of our creative and innovative Syngenta Vegetables team?

In this position, you will work in the Global Customer Complaint Management team to handle the coordination of incoming customer complaints from start to finish in EAME. You will be part of the Global Quality Assurance department within the P&S organization.

 

The Challenge we offer

  • In this role you are responsible to handle customer complaints at case level towards root cause analysis including financial settlement and define improvement actions
  • You will monitor the process of complaint settlement at case level in cooperation with the local commercial teams
  • Next to this you will monitor the process of complaint handling itself and report structural opportunities for improvement.
  • You will organize process related training where needed in the organization
  • You support projects and initiatives with Complaint Coordinator related knowledge input and contribute to Quality process improvements within P&S and beyond
  • You are working in close cooperation with a wide range of functions in P&S, M&S and R&D, all to support a timely and accurate complaint data analysis
  • Your geographic focus will be the EAME region
  • This is how you play a crucial role in helping Syngenta to be a customer focused, reliable and compliant world class supplier of Vegetable seeds.

 


Qualifications

This is who you are

  • You are curious by nature, always want to know why and are not easily satisfied when receiving an answer
  • Preferably, you are experienced in the Seeds business and have basic knowledge of relevant genetic, physiologic and fytopathologic aspects of vegetable products
  • You need a bit of work pressure to perform and can handle that well
  • Have basic know how of (or want to learn more about) Quality management, Quality Assurance and Stewardship techniques
  • You have analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset and take initiative within the given boundaries
  • Operating at a bachelor’s degree level
  • Experienced in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Speaking and writing on a Business level in Dutch and English is not an issue for you
  • A team player with strong communication skills and customer focus
