Job description

Role Purpose: Manage and optimize CRM databases to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility across Salesforce and E-commerce platforms. Provide expert support in data management, analysis, and reporting to drive business insights and decision-making.

Contract duration: 12 months with possibility of extension

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee data quality and integrity within the CRM system, including data imports, deduplication, and cleansing processes to maintain a single source of truth.

  • Design and maintain database structures (custom objects, fields, relationships) to support evolving business needs and integration requirements.

  • Implement robust data security measures including access controls and encryption to protect sensitive information in compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Develop and execute data migration and ETL processes, ensuring seamless transfer between systems while maintaining data integrity.

  • Conduct regular data audits and quality checks, providing training on proper data entry procedures to ensure consistency across the organization.

  • Collaborate with business intelligence teams to design data solutions for advanced reporting and develop dashboards that provide actionable insights.

  • Monitor database performance, optimize queries, and implement indexing strategies to ensure efficient data retrieval and system performance.

  • Lead data enrichment initiatives and maintain comprehensive documentation of data structures, ensuring clear understanding of the CRM ecosystem across the organization.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in CRM administration or similar role
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining CRM systems
  • Experience in data migration and integration projects
  • Proven track record in data management and analysis
  • Background in user training and support
  • Experience in creating technical documentation
  • Fluent in Polish and upper-intermediate level of English
