Purpose

  • Coordination of Customer Service activities, representation of the team in cross-functional forums in the absence of SC & CS manager
  • Managing the extended O2C process, contributing to the achievement of sales targets, delivering outstanding customer experience and operational excellence 
  • Interacting with external customers and other internal functions, providing and exchanging information on products, orders, shipments, as well as preparing regular reports 
  • As a face of Syngenta to the Customers strengthen our reputation and aim to be the most preferred supplier on the market with best in class customer service

Accountabilities

  • Maintain relationship, communication with customers (distributors), other external partners, like warehouses, service providers, as well as internal stakeholders
  • Execute O2C process; receive, record and process customer orders using the existing ERP platforms, check stock & credit limit availability, arrange delivery or customer pick up, issue required documents, invoice upon the order fulfillment, monitor order status
  • Manage EKAER reporting process required by the Tax Office
  • Ensure efficient inventory management process regularly monitoring channel stock, Syngenta inventory optimization by locations, in order to support sales maximization, reduce lost opportunities and stock expiry
  • Cooperate with the Sales to monitor performance, target execution of distributors
  • Manage stock return process from the customers, documentation, billing 
  • Ensure regular stock reconciliation with the service providers, and the annual stock count execution 
  • Be responsible for data integrity, accuracy and compliance with external, and internal regulations
  • Ensure timely reporting and processing of the customer complaints 
  • Look for improvement of the way of working, contribute to implementation of new technologies in the daily activities 
  • Coordinate Syngenta voucher/coupon redemption
  • Manage local Tolling activities incl. re-packing, combi-pack assembling 
  • Manage FOC goods process

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master's Degree in Economics and/or Business Administration and/or Agriculture
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian
  • Appetence to work with IT tools including SAP and MS Office
  • Commercial knowledge of the local business environment
  • Experience in Customer Service, Order to Cash process, Logistics, Transportation
  • Understanding of the Agrobusiness, market drivers, customer behaviors is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver promises under tight timelines
