Job description

Обязанности

  • Реализация стратегии продаж на закрепленной территории
  • Выполнение плана продаж и увеличение доли компании на рынке
  • Координация действий с менеджером по работе с дистрибьюторами по реализации дистрибьюторами спроса в хозяйствах
  • Организация демонстрационных опытов в хозяйствах
  • Прогнозирование объема продаж
  • Мониторинг дебиторской задолженности конечных потребителей
  • Сбор рекламаций и обратной связи клиентов, внесение их в CRM и содействие в их скорейшем урегулировании клиентской службой
  • Работа в CRM

Syngenta Crop Protection обеспечивает безопасность растений от посадки до сбора урожая. С момента посева семян и до сбора урожая посевы необходимо защищать от сорняков, насекомых и болезней, а также от засух и наводнений, жары и холода.


Требования к квалификации

Ключевой опыт

  • Высшее агрономическое образование
  • Опыт работы в сельскохозяйственном производстве
  • Опыт в сфере продаж от 6 месяцев желателен
  • Опыт работы с программами Microsoft Office

Технические знания

  • Общие знания в области агрономии: основные способы растениеводства, сельскохозяйственные технологии
  • Знания рынка
  • Знание структуры сельского хозяйства для приоритизации времени и ресурсов, затраченных на каждую с/х культуру. Понимание факторов, которые могут изменить рынок, в целях непрерывной оценки приоритетов
  • Знание основ законодательства в сельском хозяйстве
  • Знание производственно-сбытовой цепи
  • Знание конкурентов – знание продуктов и стратегии конкурентов
  • Знание структуры клиентов

Знания продуктов

  • Знание продуктов и стратегии конкурентов, для повышения конкурентоспособности продуктов компании Сингента в результате лучшего определения целевого сегмента и целевых конкурентов
  • Знание характеристик, преимуществ и особенностей препаратов и гибридов компании Сингента
