Contract Lifecycle Management Program Specialist

Job description

The CLM Program Specialist will support the ongoing success of our global Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) program by managing day-to-day operations, monitoring system performance and user adoption, supporting continuous improvement, and serving as the first line of contact for internal users.

This role is essential in ensuring the program delivers sustained value and evolves based on real user feedback, adoption trends, and business needs. You will work closely with the CLM Program Lead and different cross-functional internal stakeholders to ensure the program keeps running smoothly and growing smartly.

We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:

  • Serve as point of contact for user queries and coordinate escalations with IT/vendor support as needed
  • Maintain workflows, templates, and user configurations in partnership with technical support teams
  • Track SLA performance and escalate operational risks or bottlenecks flagged
  • Monitor KPIs and usage metrics (cycle time, bottlenecks, adoption rates, etc.)
  • Analyze trends, ticket volumes, and tool usage to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership and stakeholders
  • Collect, document, and prioritize feedback from live users to boost engagement
  • Help organize training refreshers, drop-in sessions, and onboarding materials for new users
  • Support communication of system updates, enhancements, and new features
  • Assist in testing and validation of new features, integrations, or configuration changes before release
  • Support alignment between CLM Program and different internal functions
  • High level monitor implementations for different functions in CLM platform

Qualifications

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Law degree 
  • 2-4 years of experience with CLM platforms (e.g., Onit, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, ContractPodAi, etc.)
  • Experience supporting legal, procurement, or commercial contract workflows
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical skills; comfort working with data and turning metrics into action
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong user focus and ability to translate feedback into system improvements
  • Familiarity with service desk processes, ticketing tools, and basic system administration is an advantage
