Role purpose:

  • Drive Veg Sales Operations initiatives for India by working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Supply and Finance Teams for Veg portfolio of India.
  • Generate, analyse and share insights with Commercial Team.
  • Support in sales execution of India Veg business.
  • Lead & Coordinate Veg NFTE Manpower and Saksham.
  • Support for Veg India Channel, SFDC and MD club distributors management.

Accountabilities:

  • Operational Management
  • Driving Veg forecast accuracy & consistency improvement initiatives for India Work collaboratively with Commercial, Portfolio, Supply & Finance teams.
  • Ensuring vetted forecast is uploaded every month by 2WD.
  • Maintain rolling forecast accuracy of India.
  • Highlighting demand & supply imbalances (gaps) and facilitate agreement on allocations/constraints to manage short supply/excess stocks & phase in/out products.
  • Coordinate collection, analysis and generation of market intelligence to support fact-based business decisions.
  • ETQ closures and submission follow up.
  • Support and monitor on finalizing Sales Teams’ KPIs for SIP working.
  • A&P allocations and tracking on periodic basis.
  • Lead NFTEs/MDO appointments and their salary management.
  • MDO attendance approval and total control on MDOs expense.
  • Support for distributor BGP upload in SFDC and business analysis of new distributors.
  • Support for all digital initiatives for Veg Assest.
  • Leading annual conference and all India level events

Sales Execution Support:

  • Acting as interface for Financial Forecasting, Budgeting and Business Planning for India Veg Business.
  • Prepare Business status and Crop Assumptions for S&OPs.
  • MIS support for Leaders and business updates for visiting Regional/Global leaders.
  • Gather MIS data from different sources, compile and share for future business planning.
  • VCLT Call & Quarterly F2F meeting co-ordination.
  • Growth scenarios & update preparation for India based on latest market conditions.
  • Coordination of Budgeting process & monthly business delivery tracking & reviews.
  • Market visit to validate market hypothesis and assumptions.
  • Understanding improvement areas and suggesting innovative business approach.

Data Support and Validation:

  • Support for SIP Payout calculation and communication for India team.
  • Coordinating division wise review meetings on need basis.
  • Close coordination with marketing team to understand and support sales team.
  • Business Manager wise Liquidation tracking and Inventory Management for improving business quality.

Capabilities and Organization accountabilities:

  • Develop a strong coordination with Sales team and Division managers
  • Support implementation of new processes/ways of working.
  • Contribute, as required, to division team in transition to new organization.
  • Support the development of a change plan taking into account employee engagement, and customer connection.
  • Support on necessary activities to ensure business continuity during the transition.

Qualifications

Knowledge, experience & capabilities:

Critical knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office & SAP
  • Excellent Technical analysis and Data crunching
  • Good knowledge on Veg Crops

Critical experience:

  • Experience of Sales and Marketing (5-7 years)
  • Experience of Data management and analytical acumen
  • Business support in deriving conclusions from data points
  • Experience of managing SAP
