  • Autonome Durchführung und Überwachung chemischer und technologischer Prozesse im Normalbetrieb und bei Abweichungen
  • Selbstständiges Anfahren, Abfahren, Abschalten, Spülen und Reinigen der Anlagen unter angepasster Führung der direkten Vorgesetzten
  • Eigenständige Durchführung und Interpretation von Standardanalysen aus anfallenden Bemusterungen im Laborbereich
  • Vorausschauendes Erkennen und Verstehen von Prozess- und technischen Abweichungen, die Probleme verursachen könnten
  • Anwendung definierter Methoden, Systeme oder Verfahren zur Lösungsfindung bei Abweichungen
  • Kenntnis, Verständnis und Befolgung von Standards, Richtlinien und Verfahren im Zusammenhang mit den eigenen Aktivitäten
  • Erklärung von Prozessen für Kollegen und Bereitstellung informeller Unterstützung auf unteren Ebenen
  • Beteiligung an Projekten innerhalb eines definierten Rahmens und Flexibilität für werksübergreifende Tätigkeiten

Syngenta Crop Protection sorgt für den Schutz der Pflanzen von der Aussaat bis zur Ernte. Von der Saat bis zur Ernte müssen Nutzpflanzen vor Unkraut, Insekten und Krankheiten geschützt werden sowie vor Dürren, Überschwemmungen, Hitze und Kälte.

Der Hauptsitz von Syngenta Crop Protection befindet sich in der Schweiz.


Qualifikationen

  • Diplom/Lehrabschluss als Chemie- oder Pharmatechnolog in chemischer und pharmazeutischer Produktion oder gleichwertig anerkanntes Diplom.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in chemisch-pharmazeutischer Produktion
  • Produktionsmitarbeiter*in mit Erfahrung, dem Wissen und den nachgewiesenen Fähigkeiten, um die auf der beruflichen Ebene erforderlichen Aufgaben selbständig auszuführen
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Englischkenntnisse erwünscht
