Обов’язки:

  • Досягнення запланованих показників продажів
  • Ведення переговорів щодо контрактів, підписання умов із дистриб’юторами, а також забезпечення виконання поставок дистриб’юторами згідно з графіком
  • Розподіл продукту між усіма дистриб’юторами та регіональними менеджерами з продажу в організації Seeds
  • Узгодження прогнозу продажів усіх дистриб’юторів із планами та стратегією компанії Syngenta, забезпечення правильного розподілу дистриб’юторського покриття в усіх частинах України
  • Координування співпраці між регіональними менеджерами з продажу, службою обслуговування клієнтів і плануванням попиту
  • Розвиток та підтримка збільшення присутності дистриб’юторів на територіях з низьким охопленням (локальні проекти)
  • Ведення та координація спільних промо-заходів та продажів з дистриб'юторами в усіх регіонах України
  • Координація циклу закриття з ключовими виробниками в усіх регіонах
  • Діджиталізація / цифрування звітів продажів (Power BI, SFDC, Qlik Sense)

Кваліфікації

  • Вища повна освіта
  • 5 років досвіду у продажі
  • Навички управління дистриб'юторами; чітке розуміння потреб клієнтів, динаміки та конкурентного середовища
  • Аналітичне мислення, вміння впроваджувати інноваційні рішення
  • Управлінські навички, включаючи навички ведення переговорів
  • Відмінні комунікаційні та презентаційні навички
  • Вільне володіння англійською мовою
