Job description

As a Change Management Coordinator - Legal Operations Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and integration of new legal technology solutions within the Legal Department. This role will drive data-driven adoption strategies, demonstrate productivity gains, and enhance service delivery by effectively implementing legal tech tools.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive adoption strategies for new legal digital solutions
  • Create and maintain user adoption dashboards to track and visualize adoption metrics
  • Identify and address barriers to adoption, developing targeted interventions
  • Collect and analyze data on legal digital solution usage, productivity gains, and service delivery improvements
  • Prepare regular reports demonstrating the impact of legal digital solutions on departmental efficiency
  • Conduct user surveys and feedback sessions to gather qualitative insights on tool effectiveness
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs for lawyers and support staff on new legal tech tools
  • Develop user guides, best practices, and other educational materials to support ongoing adoption
  • Organize workshops and "lunch and learn" sessions to showcase legal tech capabilities and success stories
  • Collaborate closely with legal professionals at all levels to understand their needs and challenges
  • Act as a liaison between the Legal Department, IT, and legal tech vendors
  • Regularly communicate adoption progress and success metrics to senior management
  • Apply change management principles to support the cultural shift towards tech-enabled legal practice
  • Develop strategies to overcome resistance and build enthusiasm for legal digital solutions initiatives

Qualifications

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Information Technology, Law or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience in driving technology adoption in professional services environments
  • Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making
  • Technology Aptitude: Quick learner of new software tools with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Experience in managing technology implementation projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions
  • Change Leadership: Proven ability to lead change initiatives and drive cultural transformation
