Zakres obowiazkow:

Koordynowanie procesu planowania sprzedaży i składania zamówień, przy współpracy z działami logistyki i dział obsługi klienta
Przygotowanie planów i prognoz sprzedaży z uwzględnieniem sezonowości sprzedaży
Współtworzenie i optymalizacja narzędzi wspierających proces planowania
Terminowe zgłaszanie zapotrzebowania na produkcję
Tworzenie raportów i analiz na potrzeby organizacji
Kontakt z dostawcami wewnętrznymi oraz innymi działami firmy w Europie, w celu realizacji zamówień
Kontrola realizacji zamowień
Udział w spotkaniach dotyczących planowania sprzedaży

Kwalifikacje

Wykształcenie wyższe
Doświadczenie w procesach planowania sprzedaży i zamówień
Bardzo dobra znajomość programu Excel, znajomość systemu SAP
Wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne i analityczne, umiejętność logicznego myślenia
Dobra organizacja pracy
Gotowość do pracy pod presją czasu, szczególnie podczas sezonu
Umiejętność pracy w zespole, proaktywna postawa
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego - codzienna praca w miedzynarodowym środowisku
