For our Crop Protection division in Warsaw affiliate we are currently looking for a Marketing Campaign Lead Biologicals CE

Role purpose: 

Marketing Campaign Lead Biologicals is a part of our Customer Engagement & Digital Marketing Team within Syngenta Crop Protection dedicated to Central Europe.

The successfully hired person will be accountable for development, implementation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for biological products across Central Europe countries (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Baltic countries) focusing on innovation and new technologies, supervising their execution, monitoring, measurement and adjustment to ensure marketing goals are successfully achieved.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional, country campaign teams across BUC to develop an integrated marketing communication plan in traditional & digital communication channels
  • Design and implement robust and customer-engaging campaigns by providing valuable offers, creative ideas, new marketing tools and communication channels to meet customer demands quickly
  • Own & lead an annual E2E campaign cycle (responsible for campaign ROI, performance & adjustment)
  • Create compelling, customer-oriented campaigns converting solutions (technical information) into attractive offers (compelling messages adapted to different customer segments)
  • Cooperate closely with Product Marketing Manager and Crop Field Expert regarding product portfolio and new product introduction to ensure right communication and delivery of the annual sales targets
  • Cooperate closely with CRM, market research and digital team to ensure insights to campaign preparation, execution, monitoring and adjustment
  • Lead organization and participates in all key promotional events, such as field days, conferences
  • Plan, manage and monitor advertising & promotion budget

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in coordinating marketing or sales campaigns
  • Understanding of Agribusiness environment and market complexity
  • Deep understanding of how to create and operate an integrated campaign plan
  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles 
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
  • Ability to organize and run significant team projects in a multicultural environment
