Job description

  • Work with distributor team (Sales & Marketing) to define channel activities
  • Manage all POSM, manage Rebate budget for DRS.
  • Work with Market Development team to define and create farmer activities
  • Develop integrated activity calendar for the direct sales including NPI, in-store visibility, consumer, trade promotion, activation to deliver Channel target and gain market share
  • Responsible for Direct Sales Channel promotion and visibility activities based on budget allocated for each channel (C1, C2, Farmer)
  • Fully responsible for Trade promotion budget management for Direct Sales Channel.
  • Full responsibility for all MOIT registration for all promotion activity.
  • Conduct regular business analysis review for Direct Sales channel, campaign/launch tracking and propose learnings, action plan for improvement
  • Perform customer segmentation and develop relevant growth strategies to optimize spending
  • Continuously source, update and communicate latest developments, trends, initiatives and competitive actions in the channel, assessing implications/opportunities for the channel
  • Participate and input into monthly Demand, S&OP meeting
  • Manages and Deliver Financial Commitments
  • Support our Sales Team by providing performance reporting and analysis to decision-maker within each Sales team, reviewing any gaps in data analysis and close the gaps.
  • Ability to lead projects and independently scope, prioritize and execute initiatives.
  • Look at ways to increase automation scalability on all our processes and initiatives as needed in a drive to optimize operational processes and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Ensure data quality and hygiene within Salesforce and other company tools.
  • Work cross-function with all revenue generating groups to ensure all necessary business functions are represented in sales/revenue related processes.
  • Streamlining and optimizing the sales process.
  • Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals.
  • Lead a team of trade marketing & sales operations professionals.
  • Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales team.
  • Identify customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and customer trends.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree focused on Business, Economics
  • Marketing degree with MBA strongly preferred
  • 4+ years’ experience managing a Trade Maketing and Sales Operations team or similar roles.
  • Experience in sales of agricultural/FMCG products
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Experience in Sales, Trade Marketing and Sales Operation.
  • Experience working in high growth environment supporting a rapidly growing sales organization.
  • Proven track record of working across functionally with all areas of the business.
  • Experience supporting system implementation a plus
  • Strong individual contributor, continuously seeking to learn and develop
  • Must be a self-starter, responsive, detail-oriented and analytical with strong organization skills
