Business Intelligence & Data Visualization Developer

• Translate business requirements, multiple data sets, KPIs, and other data points into relevant dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
• Implement and maintain reporting capabilities using Qlik Sense, PowerBI, Tableau, and other reporting applications
• Data source identification, data aggregation, data curation
• Robust iterative approach to development, employing stakeholder engagement to achieve business requirements
• Work with PT&E Data Team to drive visualization standards
• Drive the on-time completion of deliverables using effective interpersonal influence, collaboration, communication, and listening skills
• Timeline estimates for fulfilment and feasibility of visualization and reporting requirements
• Clear and succinct storytelling with data
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data delivery

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics/statistical modeling
• Experience in graphic design
• Current experience in the agriculture, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries
• Ability to rapidly synthesize information from multiple sources, communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner in multi-cultural environment
• Knowledge and experience in connecting to and navigating relational databases and NoSQL databases
• Experience designing and prototyping visualizations for large and complex data sets with demonstrated business application
• Comfortable working on cross-functional teams
