Role purpose

You will be responsible for collating market intelligence from across the organization and communicating this succinctly to key stakeholders. You will also play a key role in ensuring that the 5-year business planning process is delivered within the specified timelines and is signed off by the Chile management team.

Responsibilities

  • Collate market intelligence data utilising multiple data sources and communicate this properly to key stakeholders in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Providing key data related to the market, distribution channels, and sharing KPIs to execute strategies that increase the company´s efficiencies and bottom-line results.
  • Be the key contact point for the agency responsible for developing and managing the E-commerce website.
  • As part of the Marketing team you will seek to develop different types of marketing (Content, Digital, Brand Management among others) that will allow us to better.
  • Keen interest in data base (relational, and non-relational), data visualization and data integration.
  • Good to have - knowledge of visualization tools like QlikSense, PowerBI, Salesforce, Others.

    Requirements

    It is indispensable for this position:

    • Agricultural background with good knowledge of the sales and product management functions. Background in market research would be an advantage.
    • General product management (marketing mix). Knowledge of different market research techniques.
    • Full Professional Proficiency level of English.
    • Knowledge of Excel & PowerBI (mandatory), Salesforce & Qliksense (valued)
    • Analytical thinking and problem solving.
    • Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
    • Curiosity to know business processes, with the ability to create new initiatives.
    • Able to lead and inspire.
