  • Identifies new business opportunities, business partners, and markets that will create significant growth for hybrid rice’s free market
  • In charge of pursuing, coordinating, and delivery of government subsidy programs at the national level
  • Skillful in effective coordination with both internal (with Sales, Agronomy, Commercial Excellence, Seed Operations, and Finance) and external stakeholders
  • Develops and Oversees new marketing initiatives, in alignment with Zone Business Managers, for hybrid rice including guidance to market development needs
  • Strong in industry relation development, networking, and stakeholder management
  • Monitors and analyzes relevant economic, financial, social, and other market trends/dynamics including competitive climate and market preferences
  • Develops a comprehensive annual marketing plan in coordination with Marketing
  • Develops metric and monitoring system to ensure achievement of business objectives with prudence on spending
  • Close coordination with Agronomy and Research & Development for new hybrid advancement
  • P&L Management of Rice Business

Qualifications

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Agricultural background mini >5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong seeds technical knowledge is prefer
  • Must be adept in the nuances of the rice business
  • Communication and strategic thinking

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant technical diploma or equivalent, major in agronomy, plant protection, seeds
  • Fluent English communication.
