  • Collect and analyse market data/trends, including aspects such as changes in customer needs, introduction of new technologies, changes in regulation and government initiatives to identify opportunities to further business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, customers, partnerships, products and services, or new ways to enter existing markets according to portfolio, marketing and sales strategies
  • Develop new business models such as agriculture value chain, co-financing, Cropwise solutions, soil health initiatives and others to support business growth
  • Lead the implementation of approved innovation models in close collaboration with BA stakeholders, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Once a project is launched, manage and report progress, compare the program against KPIs, and capture lessons learned/improvements for future implementation
  • Following a successful pilot, ensure proper handover of initiatives entering the scale-up phase
  • Manage effective collaboration and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders, provide training, develop relevant marketing materials and communication plans
  • Lead and support the implementation of the new Country GTM’s as well as their revision
  • Manage the Business Sustainability Agenda of BA Middle East and work closely with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Manage given budget for implementation of the new business models and deliver profitable growth
  • Develop and support a culture of process excellence, optimization and simplicity though effective partnering with support functions

Qualifications

  • Critical knowledge and experience
    • BA or MA in finance / economics / business administration
    • 5+ years of experience in finance and commercial role
    • Excellent MS excel skills and presentation skills
    • Effective planning and project management experience
    • English language is a must

 

  • Critical technical, professional and leadership capabilities
    • Understands business concepts, financial curriculum, tackles many competing priorities
    • Displays strong leadership and ability to drive projects and changes
    • Has the ability to understand and assimilate different markets and cultures
    • Works collaboratively
    • Communicates with impact
    • Result-orientated

 

Requires Travelling within Middle East: approx. 10-15%
