CENTRIGO™ Farming Ecosystem brings together like-minded partners to provide comprehensive end-to-end solutions to farmers. The role of the Business Development and KAM Lead is to drive the development and implementation of key partnerships/ new business models with key accounts from MNCs and local that are essential to the long-term growth of the CENTRIGO™ Farming ecosystem business in Indonesia.  Key responsibilities include managing partnerships across all aspects, leading and manage critical projects, identifying market opportunities, emerging trends and technologies in agriculture, building partnerships with new stakeholders, and developing innovative solutions that meet the needs of farmers, consumers, and the environment. The Business Development Lead is responsible for driving growth and profitability for the organization by creating new revenue streams and expanding market exposure through building strong relationship with Business and value-chain companies.

Accountabilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Analyse market trends and get the team updated and contribute to the key strategic decision making.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. Lead the key accounts for driving incremental business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and diversify product offerings.
  • Oversee and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sustainable growth in the market.
  • Coordinate and manage strategic growth projects.
  • Leverage digital platforms for supporting marketing and communication team.
  • Support to implement effective communication strategies to promote CENTRIGO offerings.
  • Be an inspiration to the organization to elevate CENTRIGO’s purpose (farmer-centricity, modernizing agriculture, soil health, healthier and safer food)
  • Should be able to drive commercial conversations with Sourcing teams and commercial teams.
  • Be an engaging team player to inspire others to deliver and go beyond for the cause of New Farming Ecosystem.
  • Create Business plan and modus operandi to deliver the target.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field. Communications acumen is a plus.
  • Have basic conversation in Chinse. 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in business development, commercial, strategic partnerships, or sales, preferably in the agricultural or agribusiness sector.
  • Good understanding of the agricultural industry, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining key client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including CPD, marketing, and finance, to drive integrated business strategies
