MAKE A DIFFERENCE 

As a Business Analyst, you are R&D trusted partner to make our digital transformation happen. 

You are creative and like to reimagine business processes to unlock the power of data. You will be part of a team that designs, develops, integrates and implements innovative solutions to help R&D reliably create optimised crop health innovations for growers. 

You work at the interface between IT and teams in Research & Development, have an in-depth understanding of scientist’s processes and data flow. You will translate their needs in user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure the right technology solutions are implemented. You will also be collaborating with multiple platform teams in IT to ensure that cross process opportunities are identified, understood, and leveraged. 

On a daily basis you will work with the following technologies: Mural, JIRA, Draw.io, Visio, MS TEAMS, Agile methodologies 


Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.  

You have an entrepreneurial mindset but are comfortable in working with large global organisational set ups and can manage high level of complexity. 

You are curious, detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills and can see and influence the big picture. You are proactive and can anticipate issues early. 

You have experience in delivering computing solutions in an Agile/DevOps environment and are aware of emerging technologies. 

It will also be nice if you have: 

  • Experience working in life sciences R&D 

  • University Bachelor’s Degree in computer technology or life science
