Betriebsberater (m/w/d) Region Nordbayern/Thüringen

Rollenbeschreibung

In enger Zusammenarbeit und unter Anleitung des zuständigen Syngenta-Gebietsleiters bearbeiten Sie als Tandem-Team das Vertriebsgebiet Nordbayern/Thüringen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung von Landwirten in Abstimmung mit dem Gebietsleiter im eigenen Vertriebsgebiet
  • Eigenständige Sortenpositionierung auf den Flächen der Landwirtsbetriebe
  • Verantwortung für Abschlüsse von Saatgutgeschäften beim Landwirt
  • Unterstützung des Gebietsleiters bei der Organisation von Syngenta Veranstaltungen und Feldtagen
  • Unterstützung des Gebietsleiters bei der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen beim Landwirt

Qualifikationen

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten

  • Starke Kundenorientierung und Vertriebsaffinität, idealerweise im Bereich Saatgut
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Pflanzenbau oder starkes Interesse sich diese anzueignen
  • Affinität zur Nutzung von digitale Instrumenten zur Verkaufsunterstützung (digitales Verkaufen, digitales Beraten)
  • Kreativität und taktisches Denken
  • Strukturiertes, analytisches und umsetzungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit innerhalb des eigenen Vertriebsgebietes, um Kunden und Kollegen zu unterstützen
