Responsibilities

Support financial and non-financial America’s regions user in Accountant Master Data Management

Provide accurate, timely and proper solutions for Accountant Master Data Management requirements in line with Syngenta Financial Reporting rules.

Be focal point for guarantee full Accountant Master Data alignment between all Financial SAP and non-SAP systems used in Syngenta

Collaborate with Master Data Governance Global team to ensure data quality and output are reliable.

Collaborate with Business Finance organization to verify the correctness of the accounts usage and provide appropriate substantiation to approve relevant accounts.

Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency in relevant processes.

Contribute to a high level of financial compliance.

Support internal /external audits and ensure timely remediation of outstanding audit issues.

It is indispensable for this position:

Graduate (Accounting/Economics)

3-4 years of experience in accounting or similar positions.

Advance in English.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).

Data accuracy and service mindset.

Analytic skills, dynamic, team working, organized and attentive to deadlines.

Process improvement and efficiency mentality.

Good working knowledge of IFRS.

Knowledge of Finance GSM processes.
