Role title : Analyst - Procurement Operation
Location : Pune
Role purpose:
We are looking for an procurement operational analyst to be part of our direct procurement support team This position reports to the Syngenta Procurement Operations Support Team Manager. The role entails direct procurement support activities to support procurement business.
Selected candidate will be based out of the Syngenta office in Pune with no travel requirements
- Supporting Direct Procurement in Outline Agreement creation and update
- Purchase order support, suppliers queries, PO closure, changes & correction.
- Supporting in resolving the issues related to blocked invoices
- Supporting Material creation workflow related tasks
- Perform defined master data maintenance tasks, maintain and update user data like Material master, Vendor Master , purchase info record and source list.
- Manage reports visibility to users by user group and geography
- Support catalogue enablement team with visibility and publishing of catalogues
- Support Invoice workflow processing Issues
- Identify and raise process optimisation opportunities.
- Prioritise issues and drive resolution in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Experience
- 3-4 years of experience in SAP Procurement Process (SAP MM)
- 2-3 years of experience in business Process support in a captive shares services centre for an MNC highly preferred.
- Understanding of transactional procurement and accounting processes.
- Strong experience working closely with IT teams and business support teams to ensure system uptime
- Being part of a high performing team having experience on catalogue management & Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data in Excel using pivot tables and various other key Excel functions to analyse, organize and present data.
- Intellectual curiosity and professional commitment to excellence
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- Fluent English- written and spoken
- Prior working knowledge in SAP ERP
- Strong Analytical skills include identifying, forecasting and resolving problems
- Good writing and documentation skills, Clear communication
- Ability to create strong controlled process environment and adherence to controls and compliances
- Should handle all type of queries from Client with support from senior analyst or Team lead
- Good understanding of P2P process and how it impacts key performance indicators
