You will be part of the Production & Supply team and will support Crop Protection and Seeds Operations.

The position is oriented to the customer service and billing of all the operations that flow through the Uruguay Hub to and from the LATAM countries.

It also aims to meet the objectives of the area, requirements and policies of the company.

Here is how this role will be critical to our business:

Responsibilities

• Invoicing and customer service of all Intercompany flows and third party clients through the Global Hub to and from the LATAM.

• Check that the prices involved in the transaction are correct.

• Make purchases from direct suppliers to meet the needs of LATAM.

• Preparation of pro-forms for countries that require them according to local regulations.

• Control and filing of invoices issued by means of their daily registry.

• Consolidation of documents and information files for Finance

• Participation in different projects involving the area.

• Support for eventual audits (internal and external).

It is indispensable for this position:

• Professionals or students from International Relations, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or similar careers.

• At least 2 years of experience in Supply Operations (planning, customer service, distribution and warehousing).

• Experience with SAP (GSAP, FEP).

• Fluent English (mandatory).

• Assertive communication
