Job description

En tant qu'Alte

    rnant(e) conducteur de ligne de formulation (H/F) chez Syngenta, vous serez intégré(e) au sein de nos équipes de production. Vous participerez activement aux opérations de production tout en veillant au respect des normes de sécurité, de qualité et environnementales.

    Vous bénéficierez de l'accompagnement de notre équipe de production pour accomplir les tâches suivantes :


    Gérer les opérations de chargement de matières premières en respectant : Les contraintes de production

    •  Les règles de sécurité
    •  Les normes de qualité
    •   Les exigences environnementales

    Participer aux différentes phases de production :

    •   Mise en route des installations
    •   Procédures d'arrêt
    •   Opérations de redémarrage
    •   Respect strict des protocoles de sécurité

    Assurer le suivi numérique de la production :

    •   Saisie des données de fabrication
    •   Gestion des quantités et cadences
    •   Suivi des indicateurs qualité
    •   Utilisation du système de pilotage des installations

     Réaliser les opérations techniques :

    •   Réglages manuels et automatisés des équipements
    •   Surveillance des process de production
    •   Réalisation des autocontrôles
    •   Opérations de nettoyage
    •   Gestion des changements de produits

    Le siège de Syngenta Crop Protection se trouve en Suisse.


    Qualifications

    • Formation en cours : BTS/DUT/Licence Pro en génie des procédés, maintenance industrielle ou équivalent
    • Connaissances en process industriel et en sécurité
    • Maîtrise des outils informatiques industriels
    • Capacité à travailler en équipe
    • Rigueur et sens de l'organisation
    • Esprit d'analyse et réactivité
    • Sensibilité aux enjeux de sécurité et de qualité
    • Des connaissances en automatisme seraient un plus

    Additional Information

    Contrat d'alternance : Apprentissage ciblé

    Date de début : septembre 2025 pour une durée de 2 années idéalement 

    Lieu de travail : Aigues-Vives
