The Account Receivable Manager (ARM) is responsible for high quality and consistent Trade Finance Credit Management (TFCM) operational service support to the local organisation, including:

  • Operating all functions defined in the local TFCM – Trade Finance Credit Management policy. This includes financial authorizations according to the local delegation of authority (DoA) reflecting the segregation of duties between the TFCM (Trade Finance Credit Manager), and the Accounts Receivable Manager (ARM)
  • Analysing all customers, as per the existing customer segmentation, initiating and coordinating all measures to reduce risk exposures, undertaking all collections-related activities, and coordinating dispute management for the relevant group of customers.
  • Managing the commercial risk arising from goods delivered and/or services rendered to our customers, consequently, the role manages the risks arising from the extension of credits towards our customers.
  • Achieving prompt payment for goods/services as provided to customers in order to generate cash and to maintain the company's liquidity position – collection processes related.
  • Providing information and reporting (Bad Debts Doubtful Provision and write-offs)

Qualifications

Critical knowledge and experience

  • Turkish native is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a corporate credit management team.
  • Bachelor's education level.
  • Work permit for Spain, availability to start work in Spain in mid April.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and in a matrix and international environment.
  • Good knowledge of the company’s ERP system (SAP); knowledge of FSCM is preferential.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • English (fluent), and any other language would be a plus.
