Senior Product Manger - AI Technology

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an AI Technology Product Manager to join our Data and AI Technology team to collaborate closely with the product design and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions, and work together to deliver those solutions to market. Within this role you will be introducing and developing an AI Innovation Platform and Product suite that supports different functions across the company. Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Gathering valuable insights from customers to a support customer centric product development approach, while testing new ideas or functionalities. 
  • Being responsible end-to end for products in the AI Technology space, using product analytics to help understand usage and potential areas for improvement. 
  • Clear communication of the product vision, status and development timelines to ensure expectations are managed effectively. 
  • Attendance at local and global events to create awareness of the AI Technology platform and product portfolio. 
  • Keeping up to speed on innovations in the AI Technology landscape and needs, understanding market trends and influencing factors. 
  • Maintaining a working knowledge on key hyperscalers, their advancements, and their products, including key value proposition, target audience and potential value impact.

Qualifications

    What we are looking for? 

    • Experience driving technical product roadmaps and innovation. 
    • Strong leadership skills with experience of change management.  
    • Solid working experience in a technology-based role either as part of a product team, business analysis or user research with customer-centric approach. 
    • Demonstrates understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery is desirable. 
    • Ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations. 
    • Adaptability to fast-paced environments while balancing priorities and understanding business constraints.

    Jealott's Hill International Research Centre UK is situated in pleasant semi-rural surroundings between Bracknell and Maidenhead and is the place of work for approximately 800 Syngenta scientists and support staff. Jealott’s Hill is one of the main global research and development sites and key activities include research into discovery of new active ingredients, new formulation technologies, product safety and technical support of our product range.
