Job description

Основні обов’язки:

Робота із замовленнями:

  • Приймання та обробка замовлень від клієнтів
  • Координація відвантажень між клієнтами і складами

Документообіг:

  • Забезпечення ефективного документообігу з клієнтами
  • Координація та оформлення видачі ЗЗР для внутрішніх потреб (DEMO)

Аналітична робота:

  • Участь у підготовці звітів підрозділу
  • Підготовка презентацій та аналіз інформації за запитом

Обов'язки з управління інтернет-магазином:

  • Щомісячні проводки продажів інтернет-магазину
  • Формування щотижневих звітів для потреб інтернет-магазину

Кваліфікації

  • Вища фінансово-економічна освіта буде перевагою
  • Досвід роботи від 1 року на аналогічній посаді
  • Англійська мова на рівні не нижче за Intermediate
  • Впевнений користувач MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP
  • Хороші комунікаційні здібності, уважність до деталей, відповідальність
  • Швидкість навчання й засвоєння нової інформації
  • Високий рівень самоорганізації та здатність взаємодіяти в команді
  • Стресостійкість до різних ситуацій
