Junior Customer Service Specialist - 6 months fixed-term contract

Job description

As a Junior Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing professionally, efficiently and timely FOC Order taking and processing, Delivery, billing(marketing demo, trial, commercial FOC etc.) in SAP ERP system ,follow the global/local processes in O2C in a compliant way and in alignment with the local requirements, contributing to deliver best in class customer service Support.
  • Interacting daily with external customers and other internal functions (S&M, FIN, P&S) providing and exchanging information on products, orders, shipments.

Accountabilities:

  • Efficient and on time transactional execution of FOC goods (marketing demo, trial, commercial FOC etc.) in SAP ERP system (Order and delivery creation, manual billing).
  • Preparing regular reports in excel (Experience with pivot tables is an advantage).
  • Interacting daily with external warehouse provider and Customer Service Lead, proactive, accurate data provision and exchange information on products, orders, shipments.
  • Monitor and control inventory at external warehouse.
  • Communicate with the Sales representatives, providing reports on shipments status.
  • Be responsible for Customer master data check and creation.
  • Execution of administrative activities for Syngenta voucher/coupon redemption (maintaining excel file and collect / register incoming coupons).

Qualifications

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • MS Office (mainly Excel, Outlook) knowledge.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and able to analyze data of reporting’s on a basic level.
  • Attention to details with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with external/internal partners, manage/resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to collaborate, and deal with special activities required by the strategy (e.g. coupon redemption).
  • Customer oriented, service minded.
  • Dealing with grower level demand in the daily order processing (high fragmentation, small orders).
  • Managing increasing number of deliveries directly to growers in line with the GTM strategy. 
  • Customer oriented and understanding of the key customer requirements.
  • Appetence to work with IT tools including SAP and MS Office.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities.
