Фахівець/Фахівчиня із планування

Місце роботи: Київ

Формат роботи: гібридний 

Мета посади: планування виробництва та поставок матеріалів для наших партнерів-виробників

Ключові обов'язки:

  • Створювати та підтримувати плани контрактного виробництва Fill & Pack
  • Виконувати обробку замовлень в SAP та планувати доставку компонентів відповідно до виробничих планів
  • Прогнозувати потреби в матеріалах, розміщувати замовлення на закупівлю
  • Керувати відносинами з партнерами (контрактними фасувальниками), виступаючи ключовим контактом та проводячи щотижневі зустрічі з виробничої координації
  • Звітувати про ключові показники ефективності (KPI)
  • Співпрацювати із командою відділу планування 
  • Брати участь у проектах з удосконалення процесів для покращення бізнес-операцій

Кваліфікації

  • Досвід роботи в плануванні виробництва або поставок від 2 років
  • Знання SAP та вміння працювати в Excel
  • Здатність ефективно спілкуватися та вирішувати проблеми
  • Знання англійської мови на середньому рівні 
  • Оновлені військово-облікові документи (якщо стосується)
