Job description

Основні обов’язки:

  • Збір, контроль та підготовка первинної документації з операцій продажу сільгосппродукції, включаючи експорт та супутні послуги
  • Проведення в системі SAP видаткових накладних, звітів комісіонера, актів виконаних робіт/наданих послуг, договорів переуступки прав вимоги, договорів заліку та виписка податкових накладних
  • Ведення обліку запасів сільськогосподарської продукції та собівартості їх реалізації
  • Контроль бухгалтерського обліку придбання сільгосппродукції та податкового кредиту
  • Перевірка договорів на придбання та продаж сільгосппродукції
  • Звірка розрахунків з постачальниками, покупцями та іншими контрагентами
  • Участь в процесах оформлення та обліку маркетингових активностей, а також у внутрішніх проектах фінансового відділу

Кваліфікації

  • Досвід роботи бухгалтером не менше 3 років у сфері торгівлі сільськогосподарською продукцією, включаючи досвід роботи в галузі експорту зернових та інших товарів
  • Практичні навички роботи з системами обліку SAP, 1С.8, BAS, MEDOC (останнє буде перевагою)
  • Впевнене володіння ПК, зокрема операційною системою Windows, MS Word та MS Excel
  • Здатність ефективно працювати в умовах багатозадачності
  • Вміння працювати як самостійно, так і в команді
