Job description

Формат роботи: гібридний 

Контракт: на 1 рік 

Обов’язки:

  • Відповідати за координацію роботи автопарку (500+ автомобілів), підготовка річного бюджету
  • Планування та реалізація оновлення службового автопарку компанії шляхом підтримки діючої лізингової моделі
  • Організація процесу продажу транспортних засобів Товариства відповідно до діючих інструкцій та Політик
  • Модифікація та удосконалення діючої Транспортної Політики компанії відповідно до діючих локальних та глобальних змін
  • Відслідковування та ведення звітності по технічному обслуговуванню службових автомобілів, звітності по використанню палива, мийки, статуси продажу службових авто та страхування
  • Перегляд та аналіз діючих угод із постачальниками та партнерами, в кооперації з відділом закупівель
  • Планування та підготовка річного бюджету fleet відділу,  розробка стратегій для оптимізації витрат

Кваліфікації

  • Вища освіта у сфері управління, логістики або суміжних галузях
  • Досвід роботи на керівній посаді в управлінні автопарком не менше 3 років
  • Високий рівень комунікативних навичок та вміння організовувати процес
  • Знання законодавства у сфері транспорту та автомобільного господарства
  • Впевнений користувач ПК (MS Office, спеціалізовані програми)
  • Англійська мова - рівень не нижче Upper-Intermediate
