Field Production Assistant

• Manage good grower leaders, growers.
• Conduct training and field meeting to farmers.
• Agronomy application to ensure good crop development in the field from sowing to harvest.
• Ensure distance/time isolation as per requirement, rouging off type, volunteer plants etc. to ensure  good quality seed.
• Suppot works at tolling and ware house after fisnish season.
• Ensure assigned work precisely and timely
• Ensure HSE is complied in daily work.

• BsC or equal in Agricultural university.
• 5 years experience in seed production or agronomy works. (corn is preferable)
• Good knowledge in corn field production.
• Good knowledge in agronomy and chemical aplication in field production.
• Good communication with growers.
• Crop growing & maintenance 
• Quality assurance for seed production.
• Honest, trustworthy/integrity
• Hardworking, excitement with farming

• Local language capabilities
• Ability to travel for work
