Описание вакансии

  • Консультировать ключевых клиентов о новых продуктах и существующем портфолио для защищенного грунта.
  • Поддерживать контакты с представителями ключевых клиентов, предлагать новые варианты взаимодействия.
  • Управлять базой данных ключевых клиентов.
  • Консультация представителей ключевых клиентов по вопросам дебиторской задолженности, в том числе по ее погашению.
  • Консультировать представителей ключевых клиентов на тему стратегии управления портфелем, бюджетном планировании, ценообразовании.
  • Осуществлять планирование маркетинговых активностей.
  • Инициировать подготовку индивидуальных коммерческих предложений для ключевых клиентов.
  • Анализировать деятельность конкурентов, предлагать возможные контр-меры.
  • Поддерживать контакты с лицами, влияющими на создание спроса.
  • Работать с коллегами внутри страны/территории, в других страных/территориях, с коллегами по культурам и коллегами на глобальном уровне для развития эффективного управления.

Требования к квалификации

Требования:

  • Навыки устной и письменной коммуникации

  • Развитые навыки проведения переговоров
  • Разрешение конфликтов и проблем
  • Знания MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word
  • Высшее образование. Агрономия: практика возделывания по культурам и технологии

  • Разрабатывает и внедряет эффективные CRM стратегии

  • Понимание потребностей клиентов
  • Умение оказывать влияние и вести переговоры
  • Навыки ведения презентации и общения
