Job description

  • Perform the day-to-day Warehouse operations
  • Responsible for  incoming, outgoing & storage / Inventory
  • Supervise sorting personnel
  • Perform daily , monthly inventory and stock take.
  • Control FIFO and batch No of goods receive and goods issue.
  • Administration: Reporting, data capturing
  • Manage and control warehouse documents.
  • Adhere to company processes, policies and HSE standards
  • Report any enquiries and complaints that may arise

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree with at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of G_SAP is preferred (will be trained for operation)
  • Understand and apply warehouse and inventory control procedures in accordance with company policy.
  • Use skills to coordinate the flow of goods through receiving, stowage, order picking, and shipping.
    Apply knowledge of supplier and customer procedures to improving warehouse operations
  • Communicate effectively with fellow supervisors, other employees to achieve short and long-term goals.
