  • Responsible for managing all demand creation activities within assigned geographic area 
  • To contribute to the development of campaigns strategy and lead implementation 
  • To support, coach and participate as necessary in building high performance team 
  • To build relationships with the most important customers in a way that is more effective and durable than competitors 
  • Achieve sales target within a given territory and support region’s business growth 

Accountabilities:

  • Implement campaign strategy to achieve sales objective/target in assigned territory  
  • Set up, coordinates, execute and monitor/review campaign plan in assigned territory  
  • Manage A&P material and sample distribution to the team at the assigned territory 
  • Responsible to conduct big event campaign at the assigned territory (launching, expo, etc) 
  • Cascade campaign strategy from the marketing and RSM  
  • Ensures sales team effectiveness: coaching, capability building, performance management, motivation 
  • Contribute to customer segmentation data and campaign plans 
  • Support information to other functions (technical, campaign, product, etc) 
  • Ensure that all relevant Syngenta policies are well understood and implemented by the sales team and where necessary customers 
  • Defend and promote the image of Syngenta, represent the company in a professional way 
  • Assists with the quota setting process of direct reports, evaluates results throughout the year to ensure achievement of the sales budget 
  • May consolidate, review and evaluate information regarding market trends, product needs and competitor situation 
  • Good collaboration with the campaign team (marketing, technical, R&D, Supply)

Qualifications

  • Graduate qualification in agriculture, marketing or a related discipline. 
  • Strong agronomy and business background 
  • Experience in Sales role (Account Executive, Agronomist) 
  • Have deep and broad crop and product knowledge
